Replacement Program

If anything should happen to your Medtronic insulin pump while under warranty, Medtronic's Replacement Program provides you with peace of mind and support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just call our Customer Care Line (1-800-284-4416) from anywhere in Canada and we'll ship a replacement pump to you within 24 hours. That's our commitment to you.1

Continuation of Pump Use

If something should happen to your Medtronic insulin pump and you are out of warranty, Medtronic will provide you with a loaner pump to use for up to 90 days while we assist you with accessing a new pump.

  1. Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other extreme circumstances could delay the delivery of the replacement device. Delivery to some rural areas could also delay the delivery of the replacement device.
