Medtronic Diabetes is on track to introduce more insulin pump technology innovations in the next four years than in the last 20 combined. The Pathway Program was pioneered to make sure you get to take advantage of all our innovations.

As a Paradigm® insulin pump user, the Pathway Program provides you with the ability to stay up to date with the latest technology from Medtronic.

It's easy to qualify
If you have a Paradigm® 511, 512, 515, 712, or 715 insulin pump that is currently under warranty, you are eligible to upgrade for an affordable fee.

The Pathway Program allows you to upgrade within the same pump series. In other words, if you have a Paradigm® 511, 512, or 515 insulin pump, you can upgrade to the 522. If your insulin pump is a Paradigm® 712 or 715, you can upgrade to the 722.

Upgrade to the MiniMed Paradigm® REAL-Time System
The Pathway Program now allows Paradigm® pump users to upgrade to the MiniMed Paradigm® REAL-Time System - the most advanced technology in diabetes management available.

As long as your current pump is still under warranty, you are qualified to upgrade to the MiniMed Paradigm® REAL-Time System. When you upgrade your Paradigm® Insulin Pump to the MiniMed Paradigm® REAL-Time System, you will need to purchase the MiniLinkTM Transmitter and sensors.
