If anything should happen to your Medtronic insulin pump while under warranty, Medtronic Replacement Pump Program will provide you with replacement pumps. We endeavour to provide your replacement pump in accordance with its product warranty terms within 24 hours of your call*.
To replace your pump, please take advantage of 24/7
service and support, by contacting our Canadian Service line at
1-800-284-4416 during regular business hours or our 24-hour
Technical Assistance Line at 1-800-MINIMED (646-4633) outside those
hours.
* Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other extreme circumstances
could delay the delivery of the replacement device. Delivery to some rural areas
will also delay the delivery of the replacement devices.
